At Salaprint, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to providing a hassle-free return policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your print, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We take full responsibility for return shipping costs, and they will be covered by Salaprint. In the event of any defects or manufacturer’s issues, we are dedicated to resolving the matter promptly. We offer two options: we will either replace your products or fix it at our cost.
